Uniform and dress standards should reflect positively on Mother Teresa’s School. It is an expectation that students will present themselves in a manner that is not contrary to the social good of the school. Examples of this would be “Mohawk’ hairstyles, tracks or undercut hair styles, dreadlocks or Rastafarian braids.
No make-up, fingernail polish, coloured hair or tattoos are permitted.
It is a WHS requirement that hair (regardless of sex) extending below the collar be tied back with appropriate school hair ties.
Children may wear sleepers or studs. Children may wear a watch. A necklace may be worn if it is of religious or cultural significance, but we remind parents that this poses a safety risk to your child during play and sport. No other jewellery is to be worn
